1. Website operator
This website operates under the FinVantage Digital brand as an independent partnership and acquisition activity. Questions about these terms may be sent to contact@finvantagedigital.com.
2. Corporate website only
This website provides general information about potential business partnerships involving financial brands, lead buyers, affiliate networks, publishers, agencies and traffic partners. It is not a public lead marketplace and does not itself open a trading or investment account.
3. No financial service or advice
FinVantage Digital is not a broker, investment firm, exchange, bank, portfolio manager or financial adviser. Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, a solicitation to trade, or an offer of a financial product.
4. Partnership enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create an agency, client, supplier, fiduciary, employment or other contractual relationship. Any partnership, campaign, lead-generation activity, commercial model, data flow, payout or performance obligation must be set out in a separate written agreement and may be subject to verification, compliance review and partner approval.
5. No performance guarantee
References to CPL, CPA, hybrid, revenue share, pilots, lead criteria or acquisition workflows describe potential structures only. We do not guarantee acceptance, volume, conversion, revenue, deposits, trading activity or any particular commercial outcome.
6. Market information
Market prices and symbols displayed through third-party widgets are provided for general context only. They may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied on for trading, valuation or investment decisions.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading information, impersonate another person or organisation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, or use the website in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Intellectual property
The website's branding, original text, design and code are owned by or licensed to the operator unless stated otherwise. You may view the website for legitimate business evaluation but may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission.

The website may contain links or embedded services supplied by third parties, including Formspree, TradingView and Telegram. We do not control their availability, content, security or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply in your jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Israel unless applicable law requires otherwise.
